Simple News Auto-Publisher publishes short vertical news videos to public social media accounts across multiple platforms — including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram — for general audiences interested in world affairs.
Simple News Auto-Publisher is an automated publishing service. Its role is limited to uploading finalized video files to public social media accounts operated by Simple News Auto-Publisher, using the official API of each destination platform. The App is composed of several independent platform integrations (one per destination platform), each operating under the terms of the respective platform's developer program.
The video files published by Simple News Auto-Publisher are produced by a separate backend system that is independent of the platform integrations covered by these Terms.
Videos published by Simple News Auto-Publisher are intended for informational purposes only. Simple News Auto-Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any individual video. Errors, omissions, or out-of-context information may occur. Simple News Auto-Publisher is not a substitute for primary news sources, and viewers are encouraged to consult original reporting for full context. Simple News Auto-Publisher disclaims liability for decisions made on the basis of information presented in its videos.

The name "Simple News Auto-Publisher" and the visual identity of the App are property of Unique Intelligence. Trademarks of third parties that may appear in published videos remain the property of their respective owners.
Simple News Auto-Publisher publishes to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others), each governed by its own terms. Your use of any platform on which Simple News Auto-Publisher's content appears is subject to that platform's terms of service, not these Terms.
Simple News Auto-Publisher may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made.
Simple News Auto-Publisher is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unique Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Simple News Auto-Publisher or its published content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of or in connection with Simple News Auto-Publisher shall be brought before the competent courts of Quebec.
